With a new therapy popping up every week, it’s easy to get lost and confused. True healing isn’t just about addressing what just goes on in your mind. It needs us to look at the mind, body (and spirit) and their interconnectedness. Without this holistic approach, it is impossible to fully overcome your issues.  

We, as humans, are natural pharmacists and biochemists; we can relax our nervous systems, eliminate toxins, and change the way we think about ourselves. In doing this trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, insomnia, trauma relationship troubles and societal issues will cease to exist.

While talking about your problems is important, it’s not enough for lasting change. By integrating talking to a therapist with science-backed lifestyle changes, you are empowered to break the cycle of ongoing healing.  If you’re ready for genuine change, these sessions will help you heal efficiently and affordably.

My philosophy

My aim is simple: to help you to heal and achieve better health, more joy and fuller self-expression.  It is possible to live radiantly with connection and resilience, despite the challenges of the modern world.

No more overthinking about what’s wrong with you, what trauma you have, trying to find a diagnosis for yourself, figuring out what to eat or drink, or what supplement or health fad to try next.

I’m part of a minority of therapists who recognise that the mediocrity of the self-help industry can often be ineffective. We believe in practicing what we preach. While we don’t expect perfection, we know that everyone has the potential to achieve excellence in their own lives.

What makes me unique is that I go above and beyond talking, with a start-to-finish plan to free you from the ongoing cycle of lengthy healing. A free call beforehand ensures that I only take on clients that I know are going to enjoy and be able complete the process (which is known as The Reach Approach). 

I believe there’s more to life than self-improvement and I give you the steps to put healing to rest and get on with your life.

What this therapy is not:

I’m part of a minority of therapists across the globe advocating a revolution in personal transformation. I call it “dealing in Truth”.  I am making a stand against quick, superficial fixes that are promoted in mainstream counselling and psychotherapy keeping people trapped and addicted to self-help.

My approach (known as The Reach Approach) is quite the opposite. By using numerous disciplines and schools of thought, marrying the best of philosophy with psychology, looking at cutting edge science alongside spirituality, exploring various forms of mind-body medicine – you are freed from the cycle of seeking solutions and appropriately empowered with the right knowledge and tools to live a successful life, whatever that means to you.

How long does therapy last?

Sessions are usually held weekly for 60 minutes. Some clients see results in 6–12 weeks, while others may take 6–12 months, depending on their commitment to the practices. Personal transformation isn’t achieved through books, workshops, or therapy alone—it’s the combination of knowledge and action that brings real change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and those who actively engage always reach their goals. Thousands have succeeded on this journey, and so can you!

Do you work with specific issues?

I am experienced and skilled in helping individuals, couples, and groups with all aspects of anxiety, overthinking, trauma, PTSD, low mood and depression, bi-polar disorder, personality disorder, ADHD, burnout, anger, panic, self-esteem and confidence issues, addiction, health anxiety, relationship issues, abuse, loss of direction and meaning, suicidal tendencies… and much more.

What are your qualifications?

I hold a certificate in psychotherapeutic coaching, which incorporates person-centered counselling, psychodynamic approach and CBT. I’m also qualified in Ayurveda health counselling, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, meditation, supervision, and coaching.

What are your client policies?

Timing, payments, cancellation policy and scheduling

❖ All sessions take place in person in London (Hammersmith) or Skype.

❖ I recommend calling in from somewhere quiet, private, and comfortable.

❖ All sessions are available from Monday through Friday. If you’re in America or Australia, let me know and we’ll find a time that works for both of us.

❖ The time is being held for you — missed appointments will not be rescheduled. I ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment to avoid a 50-100% charge.
